About MaxrydMaxryd Private Limited is an EV fleet management and rental company providing electric scooters to delivery partners. We are building a strong technology ecosystem including fleet dashboards, tracking systems, IoT integrations, and scalable web platforms to power our operations.
Job OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Web Developer who can independently handle both frontend and backend development. The ideal candidate should be capable of building scalable web applications, managing databases, integrating APIs, and supporting our growing EV and fleet management platform.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain end-to-end web applications (frontend + backend).
- Build and manage fleet management dashboards and admin panels.
- Develop secure and scalable APIs.
- Integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, IoT tracking systems, and analytics tools.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
- Work closely with operations and product teams to improve internal systems.
- Manage code repositories and deployment processes (Git/GitHub).
- Ensure system reliability and quick bug resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications- 25+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in:
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- React.js / Next.js (Frontend)
- Node.js / Express.js (Backend) or similar backend technology
- Database management (MySQL / MongoDB / PostgreSQL)
- Experience with RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar).
- Strong understanding of authentication, security, and scalable architecture.
- Experience with version control (Git/GitHub).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred (Good to Have)- Experience in fleet management, logistics, or EV platforms.
- IoT data integration experience.
- Real-time tracking system development.
- DevOps knowledge (CI/CD pipelines).
