About the Role

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Web Developer & Graphic Designer who can manage website development along with visual design requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Laravel + PHP, along with a strong sense of design and branding.

Key Responsibilities

Web Development

• Develop, manage, and maintain company websites using Laravel, PHP, WordPress
• Create and launch new websites for conferences and events
• Handle backend and frontend development tasks
• Integrate and manage payment gateways
• Ensure website performance, security, and responsiveness
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs/issues on existing websites

Graphic Design

• Design marketing materials, brochures, and conference creatives
• Work on layouts using Adobe InDesign & CorelDRAW
• Edit and manage PDFs using Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Create social media creatives, banners, and presentations

UI/UX & Multimedia

• Design website layouts and UI using Figma / Canva / Photoshop
• Support basic video editing for promotional content
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in Laravel & PHP development
• Knowledge of payment gateway integration (Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, etc.)
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Design Skills

• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Adobe InDesign
• CorelDRAW
• Photoshop
• Canva
• Figma

Additional Skills

• Basic video editing skills
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on corporate websites
• Knowledge of hosting, domains, and website deployment
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
