Role Overview
Senior Web Developer with over 10 years of experience is expected to serve as a technical leader, architecting scalable solutions and mentoring teams while keeping pace with modern advancements like AI integration and cloud-native development.
Core Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and maintainable software architectures tailored to business needs.
- Team Leadership & Mentoring: Oversee junior developers through code reviews, training, and performance evaluations to foster best practices and professional growth.
- Full-Stack Development: Write and review high-quality, stable code for both front-end and back-end components using modern frameworks.
- Project Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, set project timelines, and allocate resources in an Agile environment.
- Performance Optimization: Implement strategies to improve application speed and responsiveness, such as code refactoring, caching, and database indexing.
- DevOps & Security: Manage CI/CD pipelines, monitor system health, and identify/prevent security vulnerabilities.
Technical Requirements (10+ Years Experience)
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Languages: Mastery of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5/CSS3, and at least one back-end language like Node.js, Python, Ruby, or PHP.
- Frameworks: Expert proficiency in modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js on the front end, and Express, Django, or Laravel on the back end.
- Database Management: Advanced knowledge of both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases.
- Cloud & Modern Tools: Deep experience with AWS/Azure, Docker/Kubernetes, and advanced Git workflows (rebase, cherry-pick).
- Emerging Tech: Familiarity with AI-driven features, GraphQL, and serverless architecture.
