About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Web Developer to manage and strengthen our digital infrastructure across healthcare services, ecommerce, education, and online consultation platforms.

This role requires someone who can take full ownership of website development, performance optimization, security, and system integrations. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing and Creative teams to ensure the websites are technically strong, fast, secure, and conversion focused.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize WordPress websites

Manage hosting environments, SSL, backups, and security protocols

Improve page speed and Core Web Vitals

Implement structured data, sitemap management, and technical SEO fixes

Build and deploy landing pages for campaigns and services

Manage WooCommerce and payment gateway integrations

Integrate CRM systems, booking tools, and WhatsApp APIs

Implement and manage tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel

Ensure smooth functionality across devices and browsers

Required Skills

3 to 6 years of hands-on web development experience

Strong knowledge of WordPress (customization and configuration)

Working knowledge of PHP and JavaScript

Experience with hosting setup and server management

Understanding of technical SEO principles

Experience with WooCommerce preferred

Ability to troubleshoot independently and deploy pages efficiently

Candidate Profile

Takes ownership of projects end to end

Focused on performance and long-term scalability

Comfortable working in a structured, on-site environment

Interested in long-term association

Work Details

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Location: Nanganallur, Chennai (On Site)

NDA and minimum one-year commitment required
