- Expertise in TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and the ShadCN UI ecosystem these are core to how we build.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to development challenges.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Solid React development experience and familiarity with server-side rendering frameworks like Next.js.
- Experience with backend technologies like Node.js.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
- Proficiency with Git for version control and workflow management.
- Understanding of web security principles and best practices.
- Bonus: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and modern CI/CD pipelines.
