We are expanding fast, and our development workload has outgrown a single developer. To accelerate execution across multiple brands and digital projects, we are hiring a second full-time Web Developer + AI + Zoho Integration Executive.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is a juniormid level, high-responsibility role for someone who wants to build real systems and grow with the company. You will support ongoing development for Shopify websites, AI automation, Zoho integrations, and operational tools across Spirits & Malts, The Slow Draw, SuttaWala, The Malt Room, and more.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Develop custom Shopify features (Liquid, theme modifications, speed optimization)

Work with React / Node.js / Next.js for web application development

Implement AI-driven systems: chatbots, recommendation tools, automation flows

Handle Zoho CRM, Books, Inventory & Zoho Flow automations

Manage API integrations across ERP, CRM, payment gateways, logistics & AI tools

Support the current developer to divide workload and accelerate delivery timelines

MUST-HAVE SKILLS:

Shopify Liquid (basic to intermediate)

React / Node.js (working knowledge)

API integration experience

Zoho CRM / Books / Inventory / Flow (must have working knowledge)

Strong execution capability, discipline, and willingness to learn fast

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

SALARY RANGE:

25,000 35,000 per month (fixed, non-negotiable)

This role is ideal for a juniormid developer (12 years experience or strong self-taught candidates) who wants stability, growth, and exposure to real enterprise systems.
