Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to ensure timely delivery of web application components while maintaining quality standards.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable development plans.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Micro Focus Unified Functional Testing (UFT).
• Experience in developing and executing automated test scripts to validate web application functionality.
• Strong understanding of web technologies and frameworks relevant to testing and quality assurance.
• Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues effectively to ensure robust application performance.
• Familiarity with integrating testing tools into continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
