We are looking for a
Web Designer with strong expertise in
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery, who can build visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with
Bootstrap,
WordPress, and a basic understanding of
PHP, along with a keen eye for
UI/UX design and usability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive web pages and interactive features using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design mockups into functional and user-friendly interfaces.
- Work with Bootstrap to ensure cross-device and cross-browser compatibility.
- Maintain WordPress themes and plugins.
- Integrate data from JSON APIs and ensure smooth front-end to back-end communication.
- Optimize front-end performance and ensure SEO-friendly code structure.
- Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and design trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery and JSON.
- Experience with Bootstrap and responsive design principles.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress
- Basic knowledge of PHP for template editing and WordPress integration.
- Familiarity with JSON and RESTful APIs.
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles, color theory, and accessibility.
- Ability to work collaboratively with designers and developers.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing interfaces.
Preferred Qualifications (Good To Have)
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Basic understanding of SEO best practices.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 1 - 2 years of experience in Frontend Development or related roles.
