This is a full-time, on-site role located in Patna for an Operations Associate. The Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting daily operational activities, optimizing processes, analyzing data to improve efficiency, and collaborating with team members to ensure seamless functionality. Additionally, the role involves managing relationships with clients and addressing customer inquiries to maintain high service quality.
