About the Role

As the Web Designer & Developer, you'll play a key role in shaping our clients online presence. You'll design visually appealing, user-centric websites while ensuring smooth functionality and performance.

  • Design and develop modern, responsive, and SEO-friendly websites.
  • Work on UI/UX design, layouts, and user journey flows.
  • Build and maintain websites on WordPress / Webflow / HTML / CSS / JS / PHP.
  • Manage website updates, hosting, domains, and backups.
  • Ensure cross-browser and mobile compatibility.
  • Collaborate with the creative, content, and marketing teams for cohesive brand experiences.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and implement improvements.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, plugins, and design tools.

Requirements and Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in web design and development.
  • Proficiency in WordPress, Webflow, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP.
  • Strong grasp of UI/UX design principles and aesthetics.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, website analytics, and optimization.
  • Experience using design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Canva.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
  • A creative portfolio that demonstrates your skills and projects is a must.
