About the Role

As a Web Designer Intern at SKOOLLAGE, you will gain practical exposure to designing user-friendly, responsive, and visually engaging websites. This role is ideal for individuals aiming to build a career in UI/UX design, front-end design, or digital product development, with a strong focus on creativity, usability, and modern design standards.

Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing and user-centric website layouts and landing pages
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma or Adobe XD
• Ensure responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
• Work closely with developers to implement designs accurately
• Optimize website design for better user experience (UX) and performance
• Update and maintain website content, graphics, and design elements
• Conduct basic competitor and industry research to improve design strategy
• Assist in branding and digital creatives (banners, email templates, social media creatives)

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, IT, or a related field

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Canva
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design concepts
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to accept feedback
