About the Role

We are looking for a creative Social Media Content Writer who understands the art and science of social media growth especially on LinkedIn. You will develop and execute content strategies, craft engaging content, analyze performance insights, and drive community interaction to enhance brand visibility and support lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content calendar for the company page and founder branding, aligned with business goals
• Write high-quality hooks, long-form posts, carousels, and social updates that drive engagement
• Monitor performance metrics (impressions, engagement rate, click-through rate) and optimize based on insights
• Manage comments and engage with relevant creators to build authority and expand reach.
• Collaborate closely with founders to translate ideas into impactful digital content

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 1 to 7 years in professional content writing
• Strong understanding of social media content strategy and growth tactics
• Ability to analyze and interpret social media performance metrics
• Hands-on experience with visual design tools such as Canva or Figma
