- Manage the banking and investment relationships of HNI, NRI, and UHNI clients

Sales & Business Development
- Achieve sales targets across a broad product spectrum including investments, liabilities, retail assets, business banking, forex, and cards
- Proactively sell the full range of consumer and commercial banking products to mapped and potential HNI/NRI clients
- Drive higher product and channel penetration to deepen client relationships and increase wallet share
Portfolio Quality & Engagement
- Maintain and improve portfolio quality through regular engagement and relationship monitoring
- Ensure relationships are aligned with desired value parameters and bank objectives
Investment Advisory
- Conduct financial planning and offer investment advisory services to HNI/NRI clients
- Analyze client needs and recommend suitable investment products
- Drive fee-based income through products like mutual funds, investments, and insurance
