Job Title: Wealth Manager Sales (HNI Segment)

Location: Multiple Cities (Pan India)

Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site)

Role Summary

We are hiring an experienced Wealth Manager Sales professional to drive acquisition and relationship management within the high-net-worth client segment. The role focuses on business development, client engagement, and revenue growth across wealth management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and manage high-value clients.
  • Drive AUM growth through relationship-led sales.
  • Promote wealth management solutions including PMS, AIF, Mutual Funds, and structured offerings.
  • Conduct portfolio discussions aligned with client objectives.
  • Achieve defined revenue and business targets.

Preferred Profile

  • 6+ years of experience in wealth sales / private banking.
  • Experience managing significant client portfolios.
  • Strong network within affluent client segments.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record in revenue generation.
