Role Overview
We are looking for a Relationship Manager / Associate RM to support and manage existing client relationships. This role is focused on relationship management of existing clients and not on acquisition. The focus will be on client servicing, engagement, and supporting senior team members in managing UHNI relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in managing relationships with UHNI / Family Office clients
- Act as a point of contact for client queries and servicing requirements
- Assist clients in investments, portfolio decisions and tracking, reporting, and communication
- Work with internal teams to execute investment transactions and solutions
- Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Support in deepening existing relationships and increasing wallet share
Candidate Profile
- 1–5 years of experience in wealth management / private banking / financial services
- Exposure to UHNI clients preferred (non-retail mindset)
- Understanding of wealth products (mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, etc.) and securities like Stocks and Bonds
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients confidently
- Willingness to learn and grow in a client-facing role
- Comfortable working in a lean, founder-led setup
- Based in PUNE a must
