We are seeking an experienced Wealth Manager to oversee the financial, investment, governance, and administrative affairs of a High-Net-Worth / Ultra-High-Net-Worth family. The role will operate as a trusted advisor to the family principals, ensuring wealth preservation, long-term growth, regulatory compliance, and seamless coordination across vendors. The position requires high discretion, strategic thinking, and cross-disciplinary expertise in investments, taxation, estate planning, and family governance. The role involves travelling, and when the CEO is in Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Investment & Wealth Management

● Design and execute investment strategies across asset classes, including public markets, private equity, real estate, and alternative investments.

● Monitor portfolio performance, asset allocation, and risk frameworks.

● Coordinate with external fund managers, CIOs, PMS providers, and research partners.

● Prepare periodic investment reviews and performance reports for the family.

● Prior experience in wealth management firms, private banking, PMS, investment advisory, or family office environments.

● Strong exposure to HNW/UHNW client advisory or relationship management roles.

● Experience handling cross-border assets and global stakeholders is highly desirable.

2. Wealth Structuring & Tax Planning (India & Global)

● Advise on optimal wealth structuring using trusts, LLPs, companies, and offshore vehicles.

● Coordinate with tax advisors and legal counsels for compliance under Income Tax, FEMA, and other applicable regulations.

● Support cross-border planning, treaty interpretation, and global tax efficiency initiatives.

3. Financial Reporting & Accounting Oversight

● Oversee consolidated financial reporting, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flows, and investment summaries.

● Ensure transparency in expenses, valuations, returns, and compliance disclosures.

● Coordinate audits, statutory filings, and MIS reporting for family entities.

4. Governance, Compliance & Risk

● Establish and maintain family governance structures, including family councils and investment committees.

● Ensure compliance for domestic and international assets, including regulatory tracking and reporting.

● Maintain high standards of confidentiality, ethics, and risk management.

5. Administrative & Lifestyle Management (As Required)

● Oversee budgeting for personal expenses, philanthropy, and lifestyle management.

● Coordinate with teams handling real estate, travel, security, and household staff (scope varies by family)

6. Vendor Coordination & Liaison

● Act as the single point of contact between the family and all external vendors.

● Coordinate effectively with vendors, including CAs, legal advisors, tax consultants, PMS/AIF managers, bankers, real estate consultants, and insurance partners.

● Ensure smooth communication and alignment among all stakeholders.

● Negotiate service terms, fees, and SLAs in the family's best interest.

● Accounting systems such as Tally, QuickBooks, SAP

Education & Certification:

● B. Com / BBA / Economics / Finance (mandatory)

● MBA / MS Finance / Economics (preferred)

● CFP® – Certified Financial Planner (preferred)

● CFA – Chartered Financial Analyst (preferred)

● CA – Chartered Accountant (preferred)

● NISM Series X-A / X-B (Investment Adviser)

● CPA or estate planning credentials (advantageous)
