Job Description

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR, Admin heads, and key stakeholders at corporate, zonal, and regional offices.
  • Organize and conduct exclusive interaction sessions and activities for HNI/UHNI corporate employees.
  • Perform on-site visits to corporate offices to offer personalized investment advice and deliver product presentations.
  • Achieve client acquisition targets by engaging HNI/UHNI corporate employees through direct selling and suitcase selling methods.

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive sales of wealth management products including mutual funds, insurance, portfolio management services, AIFs, and other investment vehicles.
  • Identify lending requirements of HNI/UHNI customers and provide suitable solutions.
  • Identify and qualify leads within corporate offices and convert them into loyal clients.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the investment needs, risk profiles, and financial goals of HNI/UHNI corporate employees.

Portfolio Advisory & Financial Planning

  • Provide expert investment and portfolio advice to corporate employees, helping them plan their financial journeys.
  • Analyze client profiles and recommend suitable wealth management solutions and products.
  • Regularly review clients financial portfolios to ensure alignment with evolving financial objectives and market trends.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Stay updated with market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes to offer relevant and timely insights.
  • Analyze competitor products and strategies to enhance product offerings and maintain competitiveness.
  • Communicate market updates, new product offerings, and financial insights to clients.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of client interactions, investment preferences, and transactions.
  • Conduct KYC and due diligence processes adhering to industry standards.
