As a Business Analyst/Project Manager within the Wealth Management sector, you will lead digital transformation projects for our Banking clients. Your role will involve in-depth involvement in the development and optimization Wealth platforms, enhancing investment experience for retail banking clients through innovative digital solutions. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Technology Teams, and Senior Stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge solutions that align with our clients strategic goals.
Key Skills:
- Exceptional communication, articulation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex discussions around trading technologies, market trends, and regulatory compliance.
- Deep understanding of the capital markets ecosystem, including trading platforms, securities, equities, derivatives, and the regulatory landscape affecting market operations.
- Proven track record in leading digital transformation projects within capital markets, with a focus on enhancing trading platforms, operational efficiencies, and compliance with market regulations.
- Expertise in process mapping, impact analysis, and the integration of digital solutions into capital markets and trading operations.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and stakeholders, and steering digital transformation initiatives to successful outcomes.
- Demonstrate expertise in creating critical documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), tailored to the nuances of capital markets and trading platforms.
- Lead the planning, preparation, and execution of UAT, ensuring coordination and facilitation with business stakeholders are in sync with trading realities and expectations.
