Job Role: Analyst - Web Operations Analyst

Job Location: Pune

Experience: 3+ yrs

Position Summary: The Web Operations Analyst is responsible for capacity planning, operational

workflow optimization, and collaborative project management supporting web publishing

operations. This role serves as a key liaison between web strategy, web publishing teams, and marketing partners, ensuring efficient resource allocation, adherence to best practices in Adobe Workfront, and timely delivery of web publishing initiatives. The analyst will proactively monitor workload distribution, identify bottlenecks, forecast resource needs, and implement process improvements to maximize team productivity and publishing quality.

Functional Responsibilities:

Capacity Planning & Resource Management

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive capacity planning for web publishing operations in Workfront.
  • Monitor daily workload distribution and team utilization across multiple time zones.
  • Forecast resource requirements based on historical data, seasonal trends, and upcoming marketing
  • campaigns, leveraging the Domo Web Operations Dashboard.
  • Proactively identify capacity constraints and recommend resource reallocation or additional support needs.
  • Maintain the Domo Web Operations Dashboard tracking team productivity, throughput metrics, and SLA performance.
  • Collaborate with web publishing managers to optimize team structure and shift coverage.

Adobe Workfront Administration & Best Practices

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Adobe Workfront workflow management for web operations.
  • Implement and evangelize Workfront best practices across web publishing and marketing teams.
  • Configure project templates, request queues, and automated workflows to streamline operations.
  • Train team members and stakeholders on optimal Workfront usage and governance.
  • Generate regular reports on project status, bottlenecks, and completion metrics.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance Workfront configuration and adoption.

Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder web publishing projects from intake through completion.
  • Coordinate with web strategy, web publishing specialists, and marketing partners to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.

Operational Excellence & Process Optimization

  • Conduct regular workflow audits to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Implement quality control checkpoints to ensure publishing accuracy and compliance.
  • Create and maintain operational documentation, training materials, and knowledge bases.
  • Partner with Web Production Support team to troubleshoot systemic issues and improve processes.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness leveraging the Domo Web Operations Dashboard.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as primary point of contact for capacity-related inquiries from marketing and business partners
  • Provide regular operational updates to web leadership on team performance and capacity outlook
  • Build strong working relationships across global teams and time zones
  • Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and adaptability when working with diverse, international colleagues.

Experience, Skills and Abilities:

Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in capacity planning, resource management, or operations planning.
  • Proven track record using Adobe Workfront or similar enterprise project management platforms.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced digital environment.
  • Background in web publishing, digital marketing operations, or related field.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.

Special skills or Certifications:

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Knowledge of digital analytics and KPI tracking
  • Understanding of web accessibility standards and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web technologies
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Domo)
  • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other content management systems would be a plus
