Responsibilities
Acquire new Current and Savings Account (CASA) clients.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their banking needs.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sales opportunities.
Utilize a deep understanding of the bank's products and services to cross-sell and up-sell.
Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve organizational goals.
