| About Treasury Operations | |||||
| Treasury Operations handles all the operational activities for Treasury Products. The department is responsible for smooth functioning of deal acceptance, verification, settlement, accounting valuation, reconciliation and MIS relating to all Treasury Products for Domestic as well as international branches. They are also responsible for payment via RTGS and NEFT as well as custodial services which includes custody settlement, client onboarding and fund accounting. | |||||

| The incumbent needs to have knowledge of all the regulatory guidelines of Currency and Interest Rate Derivatives Products,,Currency and Interest Rate Derivatives Products,Currency and Interest Rate Derivatives Product,Exposure of handling documentation like ISDA documentation, Board Resolution etc.Exposure of handling underlying documentation provided by the corporate counterparties for Derivative Contracts. | |||||
| Key Responsibilities | |||||
Check and maintain Underlying Documents submitted by the corporate counterparties. Negotiate ISDA documents with the counterparty Ensure timely submission of Internal and Regulatory Reports Responsible for obtaining Board Resolution as per RBI guidelines Ensure error free documentation with both suppliers and clients in respect of derivatives business. Completion of ISDA and related documentation within the strict timelines Responsible for Currency and Interest Rate Derivatives Product like IRS, CCS and Fx Options | |||||

Graduate/ Post graduate from a recognized institute 2-5 years of relevant work experience | |||||
