About Department

The Transaction banking operations department helps in managing the transaction in the banks. Transaction Banking (TB) can be defined as the set of instruments and services that a bank offers to trading partners to financially support their reciprocal exchanges of goods (e.g.trade), monetary flows (e.g., cash), or commercial papers (e.g., exchanges)

Retail Forex & Remittances Center handles the Retail ORM/Retail IRM/Corporate Card/TCDC Remittances and routing of SWIFT messages ect

About Role
The Retail Forex & Remittances Center Process Control is responsible for compliance of outward remittance, Inward Remittance and multi-currency card of PAN India branches. They are responsible for Processing and verification of Outward , Inward ,Corporate card, TCDC Remittance etc
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure Cost Control for the FY and manage operational loss
  • Handle customer Complaints and ensure adherence to prescribed TAT for customer centric clear transactions (non rejection cases)
  • Ensure Error-free compliance of transactions and processing of retail forex transactions as well as SWIFT payments
  • Implement Automation of Processes
  • Ensure Reduction in number of audit irregularities & timely rectification and prompt reconciliation of GL heads.
Qualifications

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

  • Graduate/ MBA preferred
  • Additional Certificate course related to Banking sector
  • 03 to 10 years of Work Experience

  • Knowledge of banking products and services
  • Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms
  • Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language
  • Ability to manage complex client situations
  • Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment

Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
