About Department

The Transaction banking operations department helps in managing the transaction in the banks.Transaction Banking(TB) can be defined as the set of instruments andservicesthat abankoffers to trading partners to financially support their reciprocal exchanges of goods (e.g.trade), monetary flows (e.g., cash), or commercial papers (e.g., exchanges)

About Role

CCPH Team is responsible for processing of transactions within TAT in an error free manner. They have to ensure that all activity is carried out as per defined process. They are responsible for resolving queries raised by Clients, Business and Branches. They are also responsible for following up effectively with the Clients / Branches for any errors detected before & after processing of transactions
Key Responsibilities

Ensure Data Entry / Uploading / Receipt Marking / Updation of various transactions

Ensure Signature verification of Mandates

Responsible for the follow up with various stakeholders

Ensure query resolution

Ensure 100 % Accuracy in Transaction Processing and Master Creation within TAT

Responsible for the completion of signature verification for the allotted mandates within TAT

Ensure completion of follow-up within TAT

Qualifications

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

Graduate/ MBA preferred

Additional Certificate course related to Banking sector

Role Proficiencies:

For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:

Knowledge of banking products and services

Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms

Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language

Ability to manage complex client situations

Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment

Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
