About the Department

The Wholesale Banking Coverage Group (WBCG) focusses on doing business with customers such as the Government, Strategic, large and mid-corporates and the SMEs across industries like Infrastructure, Engineering, Chemicals, Oil and Gas, Metals, textiles etc. The Corporate lending business emphasizes on doing business with higher rated corporates with a focus on garnering a higher share of the cash flows by providing working capital facilities.

AbouttheRole

• Business strategy & planning for growth.
• Evaluate the Market & Peers Product/Process offering and implementation of best suitable products for the customers.
• Ensure Smooth Execution of Transactions/On-boarding.
• Possess knowledge on FEMA KYC/AML SEBI (applicable) FDI Policy of GOI etc
• Provide Solutions to the customers on Regulatory Guidelines.
• Overall Business Development of Capital Account.
• Product Commercialization - Planning & Execution.
• Business Controle: Risk Audit & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning for growth
New Client/Fund acquisition
Meet revenue targets - Fee, CDAB & Fx
Organize roadshows in collaboration with Big4 / Internal subsidiaries / Tax Consultant.
Business Analysis & Management Reports Preparation
Mentoring team members.
Cross Sales of WBP/Bank's other Products.

Qualifications

Any master's degree with experience of 5+ years in Capital Account Business.

• Thorough with FEMA regulations & policies related to Capital Account Transactions
• Ability to provide solutions to the clients
