Job Profile
We are looking for an experienced Wayfinding Design Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead the development of wayfinding, signage, and environmental graphic systems for large multidisciplinary projects, ensuring intuitive navigation and an enhanced user experience while supporting the client's operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of creative, accessible, and practical wayfinding and signage solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, engineers, and consultants to develop effective signage strategies and circulation flows.
- Support the design and implementation of wayfinding strategies aligned with architectural and interior design intent.
- Prepare design documentation, sign location plans, and message schedules.
- Develop graphic and spatial concepts for wayfinding and environmental graphics systems.
- Design signage information systems, narratives, and nomenclature in line with project requirements.
- Specify materials, finishes, and construction details for signage systems.
- Ensure designs comply with accessibility and regulatory standards.
- Manage multiple projects and coordinate tasks with team members to meet project deadlines.
- Lead client presentations and participate in project coordination meetings.
- Coordinate with engineering disciplines to integrate signage into overall project design.
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency in all wayfinding and signage documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or specialization in Environmental Graphic Design.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in large-scale projects such as airports, metro stations, malls, hospitals, or similar developments.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
