Description
Al Anhar Group is seeking an experienced Water Well Drilling Rig Operator. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining water well drilling rigs, ensuring efficient and safe drilling operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain water well drilling rigs in various environments.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on drilling equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices on the job site.
- Read and interpret drilling plans and diagrams to execute drilling operations accurately.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient drilling operations and timely project completion.
- Monitor drilling progress and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain accurate records of drilling operations, including depth, pressure, and other key metrics.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-13 years of experience in operating drilling rigs, preferably in water well drilling.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of drilling techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and lift heavy equipment.
- Familiarity with maintenance procedures for drilling rigs.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites as required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
