Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Warranty & Quality Manager located in Palwal. The Warranty & Quality Assurance Executive/Manager plays a key role in ensuring product reliability by managing warranty claims and analyzing failure trends to drive quality improvements. This role involves collaborating with service centers, suppliers, and internal teams to enhance product quality, reduce warranty costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in warranty claims management and quality assurance
• Analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends for quality improvement
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of automotive industry standards and regulations
• Experience working with electric vehicles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field

Skills

• Strong knowledge of warranty policies and quality assurance methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, FMEA, RCA).
• Proficiency in CRM, warranty management, and quality monitoring tools.
