Role Description

This full-time, on-site Warehouse Team Lead or Executive role is located in Aluva. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely processing and dispatch of shipments, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Additional responsibilities include overseeing personnel performance, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and identifying improvements in operational efficiency. The role also involves generating reports and analyzing data to drive optimization in logistics workflow.

Qualifications

• Proven experience or skills in warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.
• Proficiency in team leadership, workforce management, and the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve operational goals.
• Analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret reports, as well as identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Knowledge of safety protocols, compliance requirements, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using logistics management systems or other related software is an added advantage.
• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse environments preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is an advantage.
