Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Warehouse Supervisor. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage the flow of inventory, and ensure efficient shipping, receiving, and material handling processes. Responsibilities include leading and coordinating warehouse staff, managing stock levels, performing inventory control, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. The role also involves operating equipment such as forklifts when required, and fostering a collaborative and safe work environment while meeting productivity goals.

Qualifications

• Proven Supervisory Skills to lead and manage warehouse staff effectively
• Proficiency in Shipping, Receiving, and Material Handling operations
• Experience in Inventory Control and maintaining accurate stock records
• Competency in operating warehouse equipment, including Forklift Operation
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of safety protocols and previous on-site warehouse experience
• Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are advantageous
