Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in warehouse management and will be responsible for ensuring efficient processes, inventory control, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits.
• Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams for timely shipments.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff to enhance productivity and performance.
• Implement efficient processes for receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
• Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in warehouse management or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
