Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring that all safety and operational procedures are followed.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams for timely delivery of goods.
- Oversee the training and development of warehouse staff.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures in the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on warehouse activities.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- 0-5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good knowledge of safety regulations and practices in a warehouse environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
