Warehouse Specialist

Position Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Executive - ChennaiOutward Operations to manage and streamline dispatch and logistics activities at our Jaipur facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing outbound warehouse operations, coordinating dispatches, and ensuring compliance with invoicing and delivery standards. Proficiency in Unicommerce or similar ERP systems is essential. Designation Warehouse Executive

Responsibilities & Duties:

Managedaily outbound operationsincluding order picking, packing, scanning, and dispatches.

Ensuretimely and accurate dispatchesof B2B/B2C orders as per fulfillment deadlines.

Coordinatevehicle movement and courier handovers; arrange private vehicles when required.

Check and verifyinvoices, e-way bills, and shipping labelsbefore dispatch.

Communicate withsales and customer supportteams for delivery instructions or issue resolution.

Monitor Unicommerce system andensure all orders are marked as dispatchedcorrectly.

Maintain records of gate passes, LR entries, and delivery challans.

Maintain physical vs. system inventory alignment to support accurate dispatch.

Implement and followpacking standardsand safety protocols.

Ensureno shipment is made without IRN/e-invoice(for B2B/B2C orders).

Sharedaily dispatch reports and exception summarieswith the reporting manager.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations.

Proficiency inUnicommerceand working knowledge ofMS Excel.

Familiarity with GST invoicing, e-invoice, and e-way bill requirements.

Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage warehouse staff and daily outbound workflow.

Preferred Qualities:

Experience withAmazon, Flipkart, Moglix, or other marketplaces.

Proactive mindset with an eye for detail and system accuracy.

Strong communication skills for dealing with internal teams and courier part.
