Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Warehouse Sales Executive with hands-on exposure to warehouse operations and at least 1 year of experience in sales. The ideal candidate should understand warehouse workflows, logistics challenges, and supply chain environments, and be capable of driving B2B sales within the warehousing ecosystem.

You will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and closing deals with warehouse operators, 3PL providers, and supply chain businesses.

Roles & Responsibilities

Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn outreach, industry networking, referrals, cold calling, and field visits.

Target key accounts such as 3PL providers, e-commerce warehouses, FMCG distribution centers, cold storage units, and manufacturing warehouses.

Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with 36 months visibility.

Conduct product presentations and on-site demonstrations aligned with warehouse operational needs.

Understand client warehouse processes (inventory management, picking, packing, dispatch, storage optimization) and position solutions accordingly.

Prepare ROI-driven proposals focusing on operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, labor productivity, and cost reduction.

Engage with warehouse managers, operations heads, procurement teams, and business owners during the sales cycle.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service terms to close deals.

Maintain CRM records for accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting.

Collect market intelligence and customer feedback to support business growth strategy.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales within warehousing, logistics, or supply chain industry.

Practical understanding of warehouse operations and inventory processes.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA is a plus).

Experience handling B2B or enterprise customers.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to conduct field visits and travel to warehouse locations.

Self-driven mindset with the ability to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
