We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager (SME) to bring deep domain expertise in warehouse and logistics operations while supporting process optimization and AI-driven transformation initiatives. This role is critical in aligning real-world warehouse workflows with intelligent platforms to improve efficiency, accuracy, and operational visibility.

Role Overview

As a Warehouse Operations Manager (SME) at Scry AI, you will act as a subject matter expert in warehouse operations, working closely with product, engineering, and client teams. You will help design, implement, and optimize warehouse processes using AI-driven solutions, ensuring they align with industry best practices and client requirements.

This role is ideal for someone with strong operational experience in warehousing, inventory flow, and logistics who is interested in leveraging technology to transform supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations & Process Optimization

• Act as an SME for end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
• Design and optimize warehouse processes using AI-driven insights

Product & Implementation Support

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate operational requirements into platform features
• Support the implementation of warehouse workflows within Scry AI platforms
• Assist in configuring systems for inventory tracking, order management, and logistics coordination

Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring

• Track key warehouse metrics such as throughput, order accuracy, turnaround time, and inventory movement
• Identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
• Provide actionable insights to enhance operational performance

Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure adherence to safety standards, operational policies, and compliance requirements
• Conduct audits and ensure data accuracy across systems
• Mitigate risks related to operational inefficiencies and inventory discrepancies

Client Engagement & Training

• Work closely with clients to understand warehouse challenges and operational requirements
• Provide domain expertise during solutioning, demos, and implementation
• Train internal teams and clients on best practices and system usage

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management
• Familiarity with WMS, ERP systems, and logistics tools
• Strong analytical and process optimization skills
• Ability to bridge operational workflows with technology solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
