Warehouse Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and process-driven Warehouse & Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end

inventory, fulfillment, dispatch, and daily operational workflows for our fast-growing D2C brand. This role ensures seamless order delivery, optimal inventory accuracy, efficient warehouse management, and smooth coordination between vendors, customer support, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Management

Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.

Implement and maintain SOPs for inventory handling, replenishment, and order processing.

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.

Ensure proper SKU organization, bin allocation, and space optimization.

Inventory Control

Conduct weekly and monthly physical audits to maintain 99%+ inventory accuracy.

Manage inward/outward stock movement and update systems in real time.

Track slow-moving, fast-moving, and non-moving inventory and raise insights to management.

Coordinate with production, vendors, and QC for stock arrivals and reorders.

Order Fulfillment

Ensure all orders (website + marketplaces) are processed within SLA.

Work closely with shipping partners to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

Reduce RTO % through accurate packaging, labeling, and address verification.

Oversee packaging quality and ensure consistency with brand standards.

Logistics & Coordination

Manage relationships with courier partners; negotiate rates as needed.

Resolve delivery exceptions, lost shipments, and customer escalations quickly.

Coordinate with the customer service team for order-related queries or delays.

Operations Optimization

Identify gaps and implement improvements to reduce costs and increase speed.

Work with tech/ops teams to improve WMS, dashboards, and process automation.

Prepare weekly MIS reports (inventory, orders, returns, faults, freight costs).

Team Management

Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff.

Schedule shifts and oversee productivity, discipline, and adherence to SOPs.

Requirements

3-5 years experience in warehouse or supply chain operations (preferably D2C/e-commerce).

Strong knowledge of inventory management and order fulfillment systems.

Hands-on experience with WMS, Excel/Sheets, and courier aggregators (Shiprocket, Delhivery etc.).

Ability to manage a team and handle high-volume operations.

Strong problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing brand environment.
