Warehouse Operations Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking an Assistant Manager – Operations to warehouse operations for our D2C brand, ensuring On-Time In-Full (OTIF) deliveries, operational efficiency, and cost-effective distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• :Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations and coordinate with transporters and 3PL partner
• sManage warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, inventory control, and stock accurac
• yEnsure timely dispatches, SLA adherence, and resolution of operational issue
• sMonitor operational KPIs, analyze data, and drive continuous process improvement
• sManage vendors and lead on-ground warehouse/logistics team
• sCollaborate closely with sales, finance, and customer support stakeholder

Requirement

• s:3–6 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operatio
• nsExperience in warehouse within a D2C or FMCG environment preferr
• edStrong data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skil
