Assistant Manager / Manager – Warehouse Operations

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional for Warehouse Operations role to manage end-to-end supply chain activities including warehouse, middle mile, and last mile operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse and supply chain operations efficiently
• Lead and handle large operational teams in a fast-paced environment
• Monitor inventory management, productivity, and operational KPIs
• Drive process improvement, cost optimization, and operational excellence
• Implement KAIZEN, LEAN, and continuous improvement practices
• Ensure smooth inbound, outbound, and fulfillment operations
• Maintain safety standards and process compliance across operations
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for business objectives
• Handle shift operations and workforce management
• Analyze operational data and prepare MIS reports
• Improve customer service levels and reduce operational errors

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree / MBA preferred
• 7 to 10 years of experience in Warehouse Operations / Supply Chain / Logistics
• Experience in E-commerce, Retail, 3PL, or Fulfillment operations preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of Inventory Management, Warehouse Management Systems, and Supply Chain tools
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel and operational reporting
• Willing to work in rotational shifts and relocate if required
