Job Title: Warehouse Operations Executive

Location: Gurugram

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

● Coordinate with the sourcing team for the timely receipt & dispatch of stock in the

warehouse

● Perform GRN for incoming stock and inventory updates in the system

● Generate order working for efficient packaging, labelling, and shipping of items

● Liaise with logistic partners to resolve any shipment-related issues promptly.

● Execute various operational tasks in the warehouse to support business

requirements effectively.

● Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (CX, Marketing, Sales, etc.) to

optimise operational workflows and achieve business goals.

Skills / Personality Traits:

● Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly grasp new processes and methods.

● Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel to create dynamic dashboards and manage data

effectively.

● Results-oriented with a proven ability to work independently and deliver under

minimal supervision.

● Enthusiastic about working in a startup environment with diverse responsibilities and

a dynamic workload.

● Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to communicate effectively with

individuals at all levels.

● Empathetic and capable of understanding and responding to the needs of colleagues

and stakeholders.

● Ability to make informed decisions calmly and effectively under pressure.

Eligibility:

● Minimum 2 years of experience in D2C warehouse preferably within the

fashion/apparel/lifestyle sector.

● Experience with Uniware and Shopify is a plus.
