We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Manager with 1-10 years of experience to join our team in India. Responsibilities
- Manage all warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order processing
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols
- Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure optimal performance
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular physical inventory checks
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall supply chain efficiency
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers
- Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities
- Manage and control warehouse expenses within budget
- Prepare and present reports on warehouse operations to senior management
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
- 1-10 years of experience in warehouse management
