Warehouse Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager who is hands-on, proactive, and takes complete ownership of warehouse performance. You will own the cost, utilisation, and operational discipline of our warehousing, and be the person who spots issues before they become crises.

Ideal Candidate

• 1–4 years of experience in warehouse operations, supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing operations.

• Graduate from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college (any discipline).

• Hands-on operator — willing to be on the floor, not just behind a screen.

• Strong sense of ownership; self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to fix.

• Comfortable working with data, Excel, and operational dashboards to track KPIs.

• Good understanding of inventory management principles including FIFO, cycle counting, and stock ageing.
