Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP DMS (Document Management System) Consultant to join an offshore support engagement.

This role requires a strong support background, including handling tickets and incident management tools, along with functional expertise in SAP DMS.

️ Key Responsibilities

️ Act as SME for SAP DMS

️ Manage document lifecycle, version control & classification

️ Integrate DMS with MM, PM, PS, and Engineering processes

️ Ensure compliance with document control standards

️ Support digitalization initiatives

️ Handle production support issues via ticketing tools

️ Troubleshoot and resolve document-related system issues
