Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including team management, productivity, efficiency, and cost control.
- Streamline and optimize warehouse operations and freight costs.
- Plan work schedules and assign duties and responsibilities to warehouse staff.
- Handle stock management and conduct physical reconciliation of materials; share stock reports with management every 15 days.
- Coordinate with the Service Manager and Procurement Head for quality inspection of materials.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement of warehouse processes.
- Verify outward materials against invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Manage dispatch operations and courier tracking; ensure shipments are delivered as per SLA.
- Prepare and submit regular operational and performance reports to management.
