Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily flow of receiving, storage, staging, and outbound preparation for furniture and project materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory visibility and organize warehouse space around project access, release timing, protection, and safe handling.
- Coordinate with project teams, drivers, and field crews so product is staged and released in the sequence jobs actually require.
- Supervise warehouse staff, reinforce standards, and keep the operation clean, safe, and organized under changing project demands.
- Monitor warehouse issues early, including inventory discrepancies, space constraints, and timing conflicts that could affect delivery or install schedules.
Qualifications
- Experience managing warehouse operations, logistics flow, or inventory-heavy project support environments.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to direct both people and process.
- Comfort working with inventory systems, warehouse software, spreadsheets, or other tracking tools.
- Working knowledge of safe material handling, warehouse layout, receiving controls, and outbound delivery preparation.
- Ability to stay detail-oriented while supporting a fast-moving project environment with changing priorities.
