Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Manager based in Gurugram. The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, stock management, and ensuring optimal storage conditions. The role entails managing and supervising warehouse staff, scheduling shipments and deliveries, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational protocols. The responsibility includes monitoring logistical processes, implementing efficient workflows, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth operations. Candidate should be well versed with UNICOMMERCE or similar WMS.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Stock Control, Inventory Control, and Inventory Management
• Experience in Operations Management and optimizing warehouse workflows
• Skilled in Forklift Operation for handling warehouse equipment
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in warehouse operations
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and related software
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is preferred
