Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management:

- Inventory Control:
- Manage and monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory audits, and ensure accurate record-keeping to prevent discrepancies.
- Staff Management:
- Lead, train, schedule, and supervise warehouse teams to achieve productivity targets and maintain a safe working environment.
- Logistics Coordination:
- Coordinate with suppliers, transport companies, and delivery providers for the smooth flow of goods, managing loading, unloading, and timely deliveries.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Enforce health and safety procedures, conduct regular safety inspections, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Space Optimization:
- Manage warehouse layout and space utilization to maximize efficiency and ensure proper storage and organization of goods.
- Equipment Maintenance:
- Oversee the maintenance and condition of warehouse equipment and machinery.
- Reporting:
- Track key performance metrics and prepare reports on warehouse operations to identify areas for improvement.
