Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise proper shift allocations for Warehouse staff
- Ensure efficiency of all Warehouse operations
- Assigning tasks and targets to the working staff
- Supervising proper shift allocations and ensuring efficiency of all Warehouse staff
- Managing inventory monitoring cycle counts and conducting audits to validate results
- Addressing Store and Vendor issues to concerned departments
- Physical Verification of High Value items on daily basis to control shrinkage as per company norms.
- Generating MIS reports like Price variation, Non-moving stock, More than 30 days stocks, Fast Moving, Slow moving, Defective Stock etc. Updating the same to concern departments.
- Managing the inventory monitoring cycle counts and conducting audits of Same to Validate results.
- Cross checking DC monthly bills of outstanding dues, transportation, & security before submitting to the commercial department Coordinating with operations, purchase and commercial department regularly.
- Addressing Store Issues and Vendor Issues to concern departments.
