We are looking for an experienced and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, inventory management, dispatch activities, and team coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in warehouse processes, and the ability to ensure efficient stock management and order fulfillment while maintaining operational accuracy.

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, inventory control, and dispatch.

• Ensure accurate inventory management, stock reconciliation, and cycle counting.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement and operations teams for replenishment.

• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure smooth execution of daily activities.

• Implement and maintain warehouse processes, SOPs, and operational standards.

• Ensure timely and accurate order processing, packing, and dispatch.

• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth shipment movement and delivery.

• Monitor warehouse productivity and optimize space utilization.

• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.

• Maintain records related to inventory, dispatch, returns, and warehouse performance.

• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and warehouse best practices.

• Generate and analyze warehouse reports to improve operational efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.

• 3–6 years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics operations.

• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, and dispatch operations.

• Good understanding of Excel / Google Sheets and warehouse management systems (WMS).

• Experience with e-commerce operations and platforms such as Unicommerce, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc., will be an advantage.

• Strong leadership, team management, and coordination skills.

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities.

• Experience in D2C, e-commerce, or FMCG warehouse operations.

• Knowledge of inventory forecasting and stock planning.

• Familiarity with process improvement and warehouse optimization techniques.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to drive operational efficiency and maintain high accuracy levels.
