To manage warehouse operations and logistics coordination across domestic and international shipments, ensuring inventory accuracy, material planning, stakeholder alignment, and compliance with customs and export documentation. The role also involves SAP-based transaction handling for procurement, sales, and inventory control.
Job responsibilities:
- Manage warehouse operations including GRN, binning, FIFO, and off-site inventory
- Ensure accurate inventory tracking and monthly/Forecast physical audits
- Coordinate material requirement planning with procurement and production teams
- Plan and execute domestic dispatches with transporters and 3PL partners
- Liaise with FF, CHA, and shipping agents for import/export shipments
- Prepare and verify export documents, checklist filing, and shipping bill presentation
- Create and manage SAP transactions: Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Sales Order, GRN, and Delivery
- Support RFQ/RFP documentation and vendor evaluation for logistics partners
Job requirements:
- Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Commerce, BBA/B.Com/ with specialization in SCM Operations.
- 35 years in warehouse and logistics operations (import/export exposure preferred)
- Inventory systems, customs documentation, GST/E-way bill, export-import regulations
- SAP (MM/SD modules): Purchase Requisition, PO creation, Sales Order, GRN, Delivery
- ERP proficiency (SAP/Oracle), Excel, stakeholder coordination, documentation accuracy
- Export documentation, checklist filing, shipping bill presentation
- RFQ/RFP handling and vendor onboarding
- Willingness to travel to off-site warehouses or customs locations as needed
