Job Summary:

The Manager Warehouse & Logistics Operations will oversee warehouse management and last-mile distribution across PAN India. The role ensures efficient storage, cost-effective logistics, and seamless servicing of stores across ambient and temperature-controlled supply chains.

Key Responsibilities

Manage warehouse operations across multiple locations and temperature-controlled environments.

Oversee last-mile logistics and store replenishment across PAN India.

Drive reduction in warehouse and logistics costs while maintaining service levels.

Maintain stock variance within defined thresholds and ensure strong inventory controls.

Optimize pallet utilization, storage layout, and warehouse space efficiency.

Monitor logistics SLAs, delivery timelines, and transportation performance.

Coordinate with 3PL partners and warehouse teams for smooth operations.

Ensure compliance with storage, handling, and safety standards.
