We are seeking a Warehouse Incharge to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse in European, Canada, New Zealand, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse staff, ensuring efficient inventory management, and coordinating shipments. This role is crucial for maintaining the organization and safety of our warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and manage warehouse staff.
- Ensure efficient inventory management and stock control processes.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and warehouse activities.
- Implement safety and security measures to protect warehouse assets.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory and warehouse processes.
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on best practices and safety protocols.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics (1-6 years).
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems and software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and effectively.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in a warehouse environment.
